Marc Burton MBE FCIOB FRICS is an accomplished construction professional with over 30 years of experience leading the successful delivery of complex, high-value construction and infrastructure projects.

His extensive portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, commercial, residential, transport, cultural, and energy developments. Throughout his career, Marc has provided strategic leadership and project management on some of Jersey’s most significant developments, including the Jersey Opera House, Albert Pier Housing, IFC Building 1, the Energy from Waste Facility at La Collette, the Jersey Nightingale Hospital, and the Integrated Airport Terminal.

Marc also served as Project Lead for both the Future Hospital and Our Hospital programmes, demonstrating his ability to lead major public-sector projects through complex stakeholder environments and challenging delivery programmes.

Recognised for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence, Marc is dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes that provide lasting value for clients and communities.

Martin Holmes

Martin Holmes is an experienced construction professional with over 35 years of expertise in the successful commercial delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors and contract values.

Throughout his career, Martin has worked on a broad portfolio of complex developments, including the refurbishment of Wentworth Golf Club, the Energy from Waste Facility at La Collette, Metro Bank, and the Integrated Airport Terminal. He has also provided commercial leadership and strategic input on major healthcare projects, including the Future Hospital programme and the Our Hospital tender.

Known for his strong commercial acumen and collaborative approach, Martin brings extensive experience in cost management, procurement, contract administration, and project delivery, helping clients achieve successful outcomes on complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Geoff Taylor

MCIOB

Geoff Taylor, MCIOB, is a highly accomplished construction professional with over 30 years of experience delivering complex construction projects across the residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use sectors.

With an extensive background in project and site management, Geoff has successfully led projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, programme, and client satisfaction. His collaborative leadership style and practical approach have enabled him to deliver successful outcomes on projects of varying scale, complexity, and procurement routes.

Geoff’s portfolio includes the delivery of major developments, such as Ann Court and Summerland for Andium Homes, the redevelopment of Charing Cross for the Co-operative, Premier Inn, and the Jersey National Trust, as well as projects for Bel Royal School and La Rocque School. His breadth of experience, combined with a thorough understanding of construction delivery and stakeholder management, makes him a valued member of the project team, providing clients with confidence from inception through to completion.
