Projects include the Jersey Opera House, Albert Pier Housing, IFC Building 1, Energy from Waste at La Collette, Jersey Nightingale Hospital, project lead on the Future Hospital and Our Hospital contracts and the Integrated Airport Terminal.

Martin has 35 years plus experience in the construction industry working on wide variety of contracts, ranging in value and complexity. Projects include the refurbishment of Wentworth Golf Club, Energy from Waste at La Collette, Metro Bank, commercial input in the Future Hospital project, Our Hospital tender, Integrated Airport Terminal.

Projects include Ann Court, Summerland for Andium, the redevelopment of Charing Cross for the Co Op/Premier Inn and the Jersey National Trust, Bel Royal School, Mont de la Rocque.
